James Young is an accomplished product designer with over two decades of expertise in crafting innovative solutions for healthcare, e-commerce, and startups.
As part of Resilience Lab, I led design efforts for a mental health platform that connects clients with therapists. The goal was to support high-quality care by creating an intuitive experience for both parties.
I assembled and led a design team, establishing clear rules and guidelines for our process. We conducted UX research to understand the needs and behaviors of clients and experienced therapists working together.

I refocused the UX efforts and led the design of their first product, taking it from concept to reality.
